From Grain Buyer to Tech Marketplace

Pivoted the team and product to focus on an open marketplace between grain buyers and farmers, rather than a broker model.  Established core track teams focused on platform components across business offers. Grew the product team to 25 PMs.

 

Notable accomplishments:

  • Drove the 1st enterprise client adoption and complete GTM pivot

  • United a broken org into a common goal and north star

  • Reestablished Indigo’s partnership with grain buyers by firmly acting as a SaaS
