Focused on listing quality, reliable delivery, and new buying experiences to drive product discovery at scale.  Team consists of PMs (80), Design (25), Product Operations (120), and i18n (35). 

Notable accomplishments:

  • Moved NPS from negative territory to +40 by reducing refund rate from 40% to 3.5%, time to door from 35 days to 10 days, and increasing order size by 33%

  • Changed Wish’s business model to adapt to the new macro environment (exponentially higher shipping cost and digital ads cost) and drove a 33% increment Sales

  • Created empowered and smaller teams that were focused on impact
