eBay Unified Seller Tools Strategy

Built a team that delivered an Omni-channel B2C selling platform with global visibility (cross border trading), local experience (Buy Online Pickup in Store), and multi-channel capabilities, powered by one central inventory system (Feeds, API, and integrated experience). 

Notable accomplishments:

  • 100% of eBay’s transactions were powered by our platform and its insights.

  • Enabled eBay to onboard large merchants like Target, Newegg, and MSH (EU), given its scalability and retail oriented experience.

  • Created a unified 1st party selling tool strategy, in alignment with how 3rd party selling tools (via our development program) would continue to drive value to the right seller segment
